- 1st Pet Rent is Free! Your first pet's rent is included in your base rent—no extra charge!
- Up to 3 Pets Allowed: Bring up to three pets per apartment home.
- No Breed or Size Restrictions: All friendly dogs and cats are welcome, regardless of breed or size.
- Cats are permitted.
Pet Requirements
- Temperament Testing: All resident dogs must complete a temperament test (included in onboarding) to access common areas, dog parks, and onsite doggy daycare. 97% of dogs pass!
- PooPrints DNA Registration: All dogs must be registered for PooPrints DNA to help keep our community clean.
Community Rules
- Pet Waste: All pet waste must be picked up immediately.
- Quiet Hours: 10pm–8am. Please help maintain a peaceful environment by keeping pets quiet during these hours.
- Leash Policy: Dogs must be leashed in all common areas.
- Balconies & Porches: Dogs cannot be locked out on balconies and must always have access to return inside.

- Aggressive Incidents: Procedures are in place to address any aggressive behavior to ensure everyone's safety.
